product is okay, value for money, but among the pack of two, one item is damaged and another one is good, so I would like to exchange the damaged product with the good quality product, thank you. I had requested for exchange of damaged product, but again you have sent fully defective product than the first item. If you send such products for a regular customers, next time they won't trust you and buy products from you again.
